Florish Culture ("we", "us") operates flourishculturekol.com and communicates with creators and business partners via WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and the messages, images and files you send us.
Information you submit through forms on our website (such as name, email, social media handles).

2. How we use it

To communicate with you about creator incubation, brand collaborations and campaign tasks.
To answer your questions and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Where it is stored

Messages are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and stored on our own customer-service system hosted on our servers. Access is limited to authorized staff.

4. How long we keep it

We keep conversation records for 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. System backups are kept for 7 days.

5. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing business@flourish-culture.com or messaging us on WhatsApp with "DELETE MY DATA". We will process the request within 30 days and confirm once it's done.
