Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: October 28, 2026
You can ask FLORISH CULTURE LIMITED (trading as FLOURISH CULTURE, "Flourish Culture", "we") to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge. This page explains how.
1. How to request deletion
Use either of the following methods:
- Email: send an email to business@flourish-culture.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- WhatsApp: send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to the WhatsApp number you have been chatting with us on.
Please include the information we need to find your records, for example: your name, the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us, the email address you submitted on our website, and/or your social media handle(s).
2. What we delete
- Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and the messages, images and files you sent us, as stored in our customer-service system.
- Information you submitted through forms on our website (such as name, email, company, website and social media handles).
- Creator profile or application records we created from that information.
We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made and completed, and any information we are legally required to retain (for example, records relating to signed contracts, invoices or payments), for as long as the law requires. Messages already stored on WhatsApp/Meta's own systems or on your own device are governed by WhatsApp's policies; you can delete chats in WhatsApp yourself.
3. Timeline and confirmation
We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it. Residual copies in our system backups are overwritten automatically within 7 days after that. We will reply by email or WhatsApp to confirm once the deletion is complete. If we need more information to verify your identity, we will contact you.
